Adam’s expertise with mixed-use projects in underserved urban markets and his continued ​commitment to community has positioned him as one of our nation’s most experienced leaders ​with projects involving multiple partnerships among corporations, government, faith-based ​organizations and community groups. His completed project track record demonstrates a proven ​ability to work in unison with staff, volunteers, and board of directors. Skillful in interacting with ​stakeholders, community groups and government officials at varying levels, he is recognized for ​his ability to gain consensus. Clients describe his workmanship as innovative, versatile, and always ​centered on the end-user. Adam’s vast network of contacts and results-oriented approach have ​earned him the reputation as a solid team-player and business leader.


Over the past several decades he has established a unique career path and serves as a valued ​advisor to a wide range of business, religious and political leaders. Adam has a Bachelor of Arts ​degree in Banking & Finance from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He is also a graduate of ​the Summer Leadership Institute at Harvard University Divinity School’s Center for Church-based ​Community and Economic Development Study. He and his wife Victoria are the proud parents of ​two young adults, Armand and Aris.
